Leadership
VCGI serves as Program Manager for the NTIA SBDD grant and as the designated integrator, repository and distributor of the broadband data being collected.
Partners
The department serves as the primary data collection conduit and content manager for mapping on BroadbandVT.org as well as in an advisory capacity for several committees.
The Center provides survey research and data services to verify broadband connections in Vermont.
Direct management of the BroadbandVT.org website is provided by the Broadband Outreach Coordinator, a position funded by the SBDD grant. The VTA also provides data about projects funded through them to expand projects and helps to identify unserved locations.

Telecommunications Providers in Vermont
The telecommunications providers in Vermont have contributed data about their networks to help us build the maps that are on this web site. Many of the cable, telephone, wireless (both fixed and mobil) companies, and a fiber optic consortium, have sent information over the course of the mapping project that provides a better understanding of where broadband exists in Vermont.
